We’ve tried to make your ShopBot as robust as possible, but with any piece of machinery that has several systems which interact the complexities are bound to create problems every now and then. Dr. Shopbot will help you diagnose the most common problems, so that you can be up and running that much quicker. If you want more detailed information, all of this information (and much more), is in the ShopBot User Guide and in the Assembly manual which are available from the ShopBot Documentation Page.
Dr. ShopBot works just like browsing a web site...follow the branching links to what best describes your situation and hopefully you’ll find the answer or solution. If you don't find the answer to your problem, though, contacting Tech Support is the path to the quickest solution to your problem. We check email regularly during the day, after hours, and on the weekends.
